Presented concept of semi-automated machine for screen and window frame assembly. Elaborated assembly drawings, technological and production flow.
Advanced (AutoCAD) fully automated machine for nondestructive steel tubes testing. Provided technical support to manufacturing, purchasing, and electronics controls. Performed studies on problematic design issues and presented alternative solutions.
Developed automated high speed sorting mechanism.
Analyzed existing automatic door operator mechanisms for transportation systems. Developed a new generation of lock mechanisms for automatic door operators. (Patented). Supervised prototype manufacturing, integration and testing. Submitted technical documentation, checked and released drawings for mass production.
